After signing in, click "Create Community" from the home dashboard. Choose a name, set your privacy preferences, and invite members with a share link. You can add channels and forums at any time.
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to create a new password. The link expires after a short time for security.
Right-click (or long-press on mobile) any message to open the context menu, then select "Report." You can also report a user from their profile. Our team reviews all reports promptly.
Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your profile and data after a short retention period. This action cannot be undone.
Visit Settings to control push notifications, email preferences, and per-community notification settings. You can mute specific channels or conversations at any time.
Yes. Chat, forums, communities, DMs, search, and file uploads are completely free. CloakShell+ ($4.99/month or $47.99/year) is an optional membership for extra customization features.
We collect your email, username, and date of birth at registration. We do not require your real name, phone number, or location, and we do not track you across the web for advertising. We never sell your data or run ads. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings and select your subscription. You can cancel at any time, and your membership benefits continue until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
